It began as occasional emails to people I knew through venture capital and the tech conference circuit: discoveries at the intersection of technology and geopolitics that seemed obvious to me, yet were being missed or misread elsewhere.
Some readers jokingly called it “a technologist’s Presidential Brief.” The name stuck.
